But what's this Marlin name Yuck .....It would almost be like naming a kid tractor shifter or boat anchor Hiding ROFL

Poor little fella, fancy having to go through life named after a M...Ma...Mar...Marlin. I even have trouble getting it out !! I mean, the name Marlin just sort of slips out and lays there, whereas Winchester literally BOOMS out and has a regal sound to it. Very Happy Very Happy

Nope, I stay away from them for the most part, when they are newborn. They seem just too small and fragile for a guy like me to do much with them until they get 6 months old or more. Very Happy

Hello Vince.
The new guy is growing like a weed and putting on weight. He's a cute little guy. No I haven't introduced him to the guns yet but I took his 3 year old brother out to shoot gophers the other day. It was the first time he had been out shooting and I didn't know what he would think about that but he got right into the sport and was helping me locate more targets. He really enjoyed it and it didn't bother him to go and see what grandpa and his gun had done to the gophers. I think we have another hunter coming up the ranks. Very Happy
