Was out doing some late night calling with Orlando the other night. Called in this female. We were sitting on a large well pad. Had the foxpo going with JS woodpecker. Saw one set of eyes for a second. As I was moving the light around just on the fringe on the light I saw another set of eyes. I closed the bolt on my 22-250 and it had moved. I changed the sound on the foxpo to a lipsqueek. It then turned toward me,I then zoom in a little so I could see the cross hairs on it's chest. Put the main beam on it and let a Seirra's HP go down the tube of my 22-250. It found it's mark at a 148 yards. She was DRT.

Good work mate. I gotta try a predator call of some sort on wild dogs one day.

Vince, just make your own!
Have a look at this links and DIY (and this "fox-call" works on crows too)
I bet that after you've seen this, you're going to look differently to an empty tin in the kitchen Smile

I'm also interested in these callers, I just bought a portable hi-fi speaker system and downloaded a humungous file containing distress calls from baby rabbits to geese.

This hi-fi system is very small (20"x6"x6") and takes a usb stick loaded with the calls. Cheap as under $50.00 and will be taking it out next weekend to find out how it works out.
