Barrel Weight Estimator

So, I was bored and in HomeGunsmith forum someone ask,
if there is a program to estimate the weight of a barrel given all the relevant diameters and lengths?

Well, I was bored.. so I wrote one.

I thought it might be handy for whoever that is building a gun.

I coulda used that a few years ago, but I was able to find what I needed at the manufacturer's web address. That could be pretty handy though when you wanna run some ideas on paper and figure a few things out. Nice one Geland!!

The idea started from ALPHAWOLF45 in the HG forum, I am just writing the program for it.

I am just the village idiot that write the program, with Charlie in HG forum correct me in every steps..

Is there much difference in density between stainless and chrome molly ???

Looks like there will a Gen II app! I'll put this though its paces in the next month. I've got 2 new barrels coming and will check it out.
