I checked her E-Mail!!! Not smart!!

Should not have done that!!! WOW did that rip me apart! i have even called into work. Me and the boy are going to go and get a few waters and a coke and play in the park until we run out of liquids. I need to get the BLANK out of here for awhile. Her Disney Movie Club e-mails are what set it off! She couldn't play with Adrian outside but she could watch movies with him so she signed up for that club to get some good ones to share time with him. And she really liked it when the new ones came and Adrian would run around yelling I got movies!!! And I see the joy in her eyes knowing she got a little more time with him. Man this hurts!!!! Worst thing I have endured yet!!!!
Sad part is I am thinking there is more where this came from!!! Damn it all to you know where!!!!!!! I am a bit better now, but still I think I had better stop or else I am going to make a "bad choice" as Adrian says in what words I pick. Remember to tell folks who loose someone this close to not check E-Mails for LONG LONG LONG TIME!!!!!!! MAN!! WOW!

I am so sorry for the pain you are suffering. Going through personal stuff
of a loved one is never easy, but try to remember that while, time doesn't truly heal a wound of the heart, it will lessen the pain over time! My advice is to deal with what you have to, and put the rest away, until the grieving & mourning process has a chance to relieve some of that pain & stress.

Wow Arron...I feel for you mate.

Erny has hit the nail squarely on the head mate...take the time ti grieve, only do what you have to, and leave the other stuff for a time when you are far better able to face it mate. Not only that, but you will be in a far better frame of mind to deal with things, and get enjoyment from the memories they invoke, rather than the pain of loss.

Time heals all wounds...there will always be a "scar", but things will get better and a little easier as time goes by.

As much as it hurts you have to allow yourself to greive and go through the entire process. I am sure you have read about the stages of grief and understand where you are in the process. The love and the longing you feel will not fade but the anger and the pain will change as your acceptance of the loss grows. Do not rush but do not mire down and stop living your life and your childs life. He needs all of you now more than ever.
