Really?? That's who's ginning up fear? Did he have a talk with Biden or not? Has he been watching the national news media lately? Has he listened to the radio talk shows at all? Jeeeezz some how you think the federal government is going to take all your guns away (wonder how that happened)? When did that idea cross your mind? He's going to end up selling pencils on the street corner some day and I'm gonna come by and soak him with a squirt gun (every...... freekin........ day).

No, we can have our guns, just have to jump through hoops, qualify and get de-loused, tell the entire neighborhood what you have, feel ashamed as if it's a sin, pay out the wazoo for bar-coded ammo and hide like a sexual predator, live in underground communities of like-minded Americans and turn in all your family members if you sell one. Freedom at it's pinnacle is long gone.

I'm sure what he comes up with isn't going to be so bad. It's not going to have any effect on violence, but that's beside the point. Yes beside the point. Violence in society is always going to be with us and will be unaffected by what he comes up with concerning guns. You know that. I know that. The real point is to establish a tiny step towards more and more control. If he doesn't do much it's because he's afraid of what might happen if he really does what he wants to do. He really wanted to jamb it down our throats, blitzkrieg style (like Obamacare) but he had second thoughts about it. Too many opposing forces for him to survive. I guess we thought we were going to be told on Tuesday and now it's gone into sometime other time this week....

I sure am glad that he supports the second amendment. Just think what would happen if he didn't!!!!
Well, his presidential orders won't accomplish anything because they can only be used to put existing laws into play. He can't lawfully overstep the Bill of Rights and he can't use "ex-post Facto" or "bills of Attainder" to confiscate guns already owned. Ex-post facto is a law that is passed to make things that were legal illegal and turn those who acted legally into criminals. (Unconstitutional) the Bills of Attainder are laws that punish a person or a group for the crimes of others without a trial. He may try but he is gonna get his royal a$$ kicked when he does.

I don't won't believe him or any of his group of washington trolls now or ever and as far as his gun control stuff-he can pack it where the sun don't shine!Lying,cheating,treasonous traitors,and lawbreakers just get that kind of admiration around here!bird salute!

Paul...can the people come out against the President and declare a Vote of No Confidence...institute impeachment action...or can this only be done by "the system"?

In other words...can the citizens band together and throw him out of office (without using the Second Amendment)?

As I understand it - and I haven't checked this out but There is a way to get him out without an impeachment that must be done through the senate. Its more than a vote of no confidence but it takes a two thirds majority of voters. In today's world that would be impossible.
I am hoping that he steps over the legal bounds and the senate has no choice but to impeach him. Then we can go after him through the legal system for whatever felonies will stick. We could also take civil action for civil rights violations but it requires an impeachment first.
