Over the past 6 years since HuntingNut was created, I've occasionally had people offer to donate to keep development of PointBlank alive along with supporting the HuntingNut website. In the past I graciously declined such offers but reciently I've had quite a few people come forward really wanting to help contribute something to the development of PointBlank as well as helping support the website in general.

I never want to own or run a commercial, advertisement ridden website but I really do want to push the website further with more software, features, databases and servers. The expense in the past was quite cheap being a hobby with low traffic, but some costs have risen as we've moved servers and become more popular.

HuntingNut.com and PointBlank software will always remain free. I have no current plans to sell PointBlank as a product as I enjoy knowing so many people use it.

For those who wish to support the site, there is now a Donations block that you can enter and make a donation through PayPal. Donations can show your name or they can be annonymous.

I am flattered beyond belief those of you who offered support without asking.

To everyone who visits here I thank you for helping make the website a successful, fun and interesting website for people interesting in hunting and shooting. I toast you all with hopes that when we look back 6 years from now the growth and usefulnes has continued to rise at the same accelerated rate.

Just an idea....Why not have it to where the words "Hunting Nut Contributer" under each respective persons avitar that contributes any dollar amount? It's not to say they are better, but just to show in an appreciative matter with the notation .
