We're at 200% of normal snowfall in my state, Alta ski resort has broken through the 800" mark, thats over 67ft of total snowfall this year. We're seeing reports almost nightly of roof collapses for people who havent been shoveling their snow off.
Pretty crazy. The wildlife is certainly suffering.

Damn…that’s a lot of cold snow mate. Thankfully we have just started cooling down in the last few days…the heat and humidity has been woeful here.
I don’t subscribe to climate warming or the rest of the garbage spouted by the climate extremists, but I do wonder what has caused the change, albeit slight, in our seasons. I am wondering what Mother Earth is up to given the changes we are seeing, well those who are looking or use a map and compass are seeing, in the movement of Magnetic North.
According to NASA, the position of Earth's magnetic north pole was first precisely located in 1831. Since then, it's gradually drifted north-northwest by more than 600 miles (1,100 kilometers), and its forward speed has increased from about 10 miles (16 kilometers) per year to about 34 miles (55 kilometers) per year. Also, there is some talk in the Popular Mechanics publication that two Researchers believe two massive blobs of molten iron in Earth's outer core may have spurred the runaway pole.
Who knows what is going on, but what I do know is that we can’t do anything about it, and all the extra “global warming taxes” won’t change a damn thing other than line the pockets of politicians and Governments.

One thing about the weather, it ALWAYS changes. We've had a mild winter here. We had a dusting of snow once, a few weeks ago.

Great, Dallan! We were just talking about the snow up North (again) as the cold front just swept through us an hour ago. This explains it all. It is still January! Wait, we hit 93 2 days ago. LOL

Well, that’ll stop the birds from crapping on your windshield mate. …be a bugger to clean it off in the morning to go to work though.
You need one of these…and drape an electric blanket set on low over your windshield.

its got colder here in a big hurry...but it is after all autumn so not unexpected... yip the seasons will change,we have always had different ones,a dry summer or a wet one...a wet cold winter or a mild one..that much hasnt changed... yip the extreme ends of things are a little further out that they were in our lifetimes BUT the human species has seen it all before,we just didnt have the internet to tell tales of woe and panic folks.

That is some impressive snowfall! Hang in there as we all deal with global warming or whatever. All the best...
