I believe there are countries right around the world who are having problems with their elec infrastructure handling the load of a large number of EV, to the point where Switzerland (I think) have banned EV.

I do not understand the Oz government.
They keep saying on the news that there would be an electricity shortage in a year or two due to the decommissioning of power plants, yet at the same news, they encourage the usage of electric vehicles to the point that they would ban internal combustion engines in the near future.

dont let logic get in the way of the green movement..... and dont eve ntry to add up the envirofootprint of one of them EV things..... the maths doesnt add up and your gas guzzling diesel or petrol is better for the globe.
