santa claus came early this year and brought us a new flash/fandangled camera so as soon as I can talk SWMBO into helping me Very Happy get some pictures out of it onto here you can tell me if its any better.
saw mummy duck today as I was eating lunch Very Happy 7 in her brood she popped into the creek and blow me down Shocked another with 8 popped up 200 yrds upstream of her!!! camera got a workout and the cuppa tea went cold. Very Happy

Yup- chunk o' tri-tip!

Glen- once in a while I'll get one posted right off my patio like this scoping the bushes for mice. He'll drop down, come back up with a mouse in his tallons if he's scucessful. Raptors are wicked cool. The beam he's on has to be 4" in diameter easy. His tallons wrap pretty far 'round same. Hate to have that latch onto my head!
