Monster Grizzly 2/2-1 views
The attached pictures show an Alaskan Forest Service employee who was deer
hunting when a world record Griz, charged him from about 50
yards away. He unloaded his 7mm Mag semi-auto into the charging bear.
Fortunately, it dropped a few feet from him. Still being alive, this kid
reloads and caps the bear in the head.
For the book, the bear was over 1,600 lbs. and 12' 6" at the shoulder, and
could likely look over the roof line of an average single story house
when on it's hind legs.
This world record Griz was kept by the Forest Service; it is suspected this
bear had previously killed a couple of other less prepared humans.
