After all of the negative stuff we have been reading, it's maybe time for something a little more positive and enjoyable.

then again if one do not have champagne palate, one would seldom be offered champagne.

we have a beer called DEUS, very complex to make, spicy tast and one should treath it as champagne. So serve it very cold, put it in the ice-bucket and use it as apetiter. It's a beer with a second name: "Brut des Flandres"

but on the other hand there are cavas (Spain), proseccos (Italy) and champagnes (France) that are cheaper when you like bubbles
