Freedom arms which owns Remington, Marlin, Bushmaster, etc is up for sale by the Cerberus group in the wake of the shootings in Connecticut.

Thats a panic response by an organisation thats only looking at short term solution to protect their investors. They would be better contributing to the aftermath of the massacre and the number of guns being sold post event surely would cover any short term shortfall, it would also send the message that responsible gun owners and manufacturers do not condone these events whilst showing a heart.
Poor decision.
