So your Obamy is the same as our Gillard..

"There will be No Carbon Tax under my administration"

Both a liar and both a leader of world most developed country.

He is obviously a man who cannot be trusted. I believe he only got into office through the Black vote. We can only hope that come the next election he will be dumped most unceremoniously on his head.

Cheers, Vince

Though the Black vote was a factor, the insane promises made during the election process had a stronger influence with certain classes of people. During the last presidential campaign I overheard people at work making statements that once Obama was elected, he would pay for their housing, food, education for their kids, internet service and etc. These weren't necessarily stupid people, just those that want this sort of thing to be real. And no, they weren't necessarily Black, Hispanic or other minority; just lazy.

There are always those that want someone to take care of all of their needs. The Democrat party has long recognized this and has for years maintained much of their voter base by catering to those people. This includes repeated attempts to legalize voting for illegal aliens, more and more government hand-outs, and bigger and bigger government. No care or thought is given to the hundreds of thousands of, honest, hardworking legal immigrants that put in the effort to do things the right way...or the millions of honest tax payers that have to foot the bill for those who don't want to work but want to live "The Dream"...at the expense of someone else.

Obama has said that he isn't interested in taking the guns from "law-abiding sportsmen". I believe him. He wants to take guns away from everyone...except the street slime that preys on the honest population.

His (and the Democrats as a whole) goal of "leveling the playing field" translates as "take from the job creators and workers and give to whoever wants it". His unrelenting class-warfare and anti-business legislation tactic keeps the pot stirred within certain classes of people. The productive class is being taxed into poverty. The fly in the ointment that he and his party never want to address is; once everyone is at the same economic level, who pays the bills? What plan is there to pay for their lofty dreams and keep money rolling in to fund all of their freebee programs? As Sean Hannity, one of our radio talk show hosts has said, "I've never been given a job by a poor person."

The stupidity of their reasoning is much like killing your parents and then asking the court for mercy because you're an orphan.

Ask Lyle and Erik Menendez just how well that's working out for them.

Remembering that a large percentage of the US population receives some sort of govt. aid you know they'd vote to keep the handouts coming. I guess we're just lucky that most are too lazy to vote.

That fool in the White House is willing to take half of our guns now (as in the "assault rifle" ban) and the other half later (if he is re-elected). Take care...

Who can forget the speech he made with the Mexican president preaching to us about gun control...while Fast and Furious was floundering with Billary and Holder pulling the strings on that puppet.

Cold Dead Hands. Come 'n Gettum. I'm a tax paying US Citizen w/o so much as a speeding ticket on my record. You work for the Govt. and come knocking on my door wanting to take something from my home? You will have the fight of your worst nightmares on your hands. When America gets to that point it won't be America anymore.

I received this in an email today...pretty scary really.

For the record, here’s a compilation of our president’s recent Executive Orders; I’ll bet you haven’t seen this before!

A Comprehensive List Of Obama's Recent Executive Orders

There have been over 900 Executive Orders put forth from President Obama, all taking place in only his first term. I have compiled a choice list of 'Emergency Powers', (a pathway to government seizure) executive orders:

----Look these up and read these in full for yourselves:

* Executive Order 10990 allows the government to take over all modes of transportation and control of highways and seaports.

* Executive Order 10995 allows the government to seize and control the communication media.

* Executive Order 10997 allows the government to take over all electrical power, gas, petroleum, fuels, and minerals.

* Executive Order 11000 allows the government to mobilize civilians into work brigades under government supervision.

* Executive Order 11001 allows the government to take over all health education and welfare functions.

* Executive Order 11002 designates the Postmaster General to operate a national registration of all persons.

* Executive Order 11003 allows the government to take over all airports and aircraft, including commercial aircraft.

* Executive Order 11004 allows the Housing and Finance Authority to relocate and establish new locations for populations. (Research "Agenda 21")

* Executive Order 11005 allows the government to take over railroads, inland waterways, and public storage facilities.

* Executive Order 11049 assigns emergency preparedness function to federal departments and agencies, consolidating 21 operative Executive Orders issues over a fifteen-year period.

* Executive Order 11051 specifies the responsibility of the Office of Emergency Planning and gives authorization to put all Executive Orders into effect in times of increased international tensions and economic or financial crisis.

* Executive Order 11310 grants authority to the Department of Justice to enforce the plans set out in Executive Orders, to institute Industrial support, to establish judicial and legislative liaison, to control all aliens, to operate penal and correctional institutions, and to advise and assist the President.

* Executive Order 11921 allows the Federal Emergency Preparedness Agency to develop plans to establish control over the mechanisms of production and distribution of energy sources, wages, salaries, credit, and the flow of money in U.S. financial institutions in any undefined national emergency. It also provides that when the president declares a state of emergency, Congress cannot review the action for six months.

This is in no way the vision that our Founders had for this country; in fact, it is quite the opposite: The Constitution was designed to KEEP the government from taking control. It is more than clear from these executive orders that the current administration is helping to shape a government control and takeover of the key institutions in America, food, energy, transportation, work, banking, and health. These executive orders force us to submit to international regulations instead of our own Constitution (without your representative in Congress being able to have any say).

It is time to demand our elected leaders start protecting America, our sovereignty, and our Constitution–––not Government control.
This is not a partisan issue!!!

Tell me, if you hadn't read this, would you even know about it or any of these Executive Orders?

So, now you know. What are you going to do about it?
Answer: What the Founders provided you the freedom to do:

VOTE!!

Cheers, Vince

Vince, I've seen a list like that before that was bogus. Many of the EOs were from Kennedy and others. Not that I don't think that the "big Uh-O" hasn't issued some doozies.

Vince

The last E.O. on your list # 11921 was signed by Gerald Ford when he was President from 1974-1977. Here is a list that goes back to 1929, you can also search the site to go back even further in the archives.
