Ok I'm going to have to do that this weekend (a late St. Patties) cause my fridge is pretty much empty and I haven't wanted to cook for a while and I'm hungrier by the moment. I actually stayed home from work the other day because I hadn't eaten enough and took my pills and had a bad reaction from it. I need to eat. Thanks for the photo, now I'm motivated!! You know how you get? I just get bored of food (my food) I choose to cook and end up living on snacks, problem is it's not very healthy and it takes a lot of snacks to satisfy. Meat and potatoes yeah that sounds wonderful right now....but I gotta go to work....I bet corned beef is cheaper after Patties day anyway.
