State Floral Emblem

Out and About the other day and came across a few of our States Floral Emblems.
Thought I would share as they are a magnificent flower.

WOW Tikks...I haven't seen a Waratah as nice as that for many years. Did you find this one in the wild, or is it in a garden. Magnificent bloom.

Hello there Gelandangan,
I tend to browse a bit and comment little
Changed jobs recently and travel a bit more and work longer hours
In that horrible routine of work sleep work
have even knocked back a couple of hunting trips (stupid me)

In the wild Vince and there was patch of about 40
They are 2 different flowers,
Some clown had pruned a couple, that makes you angry.

And, its highly illegal mate.

There is no two ways about it...the Waratah is the most spectacular native flower here in Australia.
