You have your buddy shine the light at the cougar/mountain lion, and whilst he's distracted, you blast him Sniper I thought everyone knew how distracted cats get with those lasers, some dogs too! Should work with yotes as well. ROFL

Thanks for the welcome, it is a nice site. I see nobody is supporting it so, I figured I should pay for my nice new ballistic program! Favorite poison doesn't seem to be made anymore: Michelob Dark. Everything is a dang specialty beer now. Phooey. Actually just getting into the hunting, had to have a deformed hip replaced a couple years ago, now in WY will start off where I began at sixteen, with a new .270 Very Happy The difference is this time, the bullets are better and I have already proven to myself that I can reload! My buddy, now in Kentucky, was the guinea pig and we got his Marlin .30-30 down to cloverleafs at 100yds with Sierra 170gr. flat points and BLC-2. Once I lose my coors ball, which replaced my six pack, I should be able to get after the elk around here! Between this site and Long range hunting, you all have been a plethora of wonderfully useful and entertaining information. I probably won't post much, just moved and have LOTS of work to do around here, don't even have my shop up yet. Have a good one.
