Has anyone tried these out in their AR15's. I tried one of their recoil springs and it was so stiff that my Bushmaster short stroked until I cut an inch and a half off of the spring. I can't believe that David Tubbs is pushing these things, what a waste of money.

I use the Tubb Carier Weight System and the Chrome Silicon spring. Never had any problems with it. The lightest bullets I shoot are 69g SMKs. I have found that the springs are a bit stiffer than stock, but they were designed for the long range diciplines, and the problems that shooting a projectile that is nearly twice in weight of the design spec. I ruotinely load 75 and 80 grain bullets to velocities of factory 55s.
