True to a point.
However powders change, new powders are developed, new projectiles are developed and new methods emerge albeit not often.
I have a 1980 edition Sierra manual, a mate has the latest one, quite a lot of changes and that was just in the .222 rem section.
Very noticable that a lot of the old loads in the 1980 manual had been reduced in the latestest version. |
These reduced loads have been happening across the board, not so much because the old loads are too hot but rather to make them "lawyer proof".
