smart cookie that one....plurry hard to sneak up on him,would have to be good at rock climbing and have all the gear to recover the carcase if he fell on the spot after shooting too.

I have seen some videos of large birds of prey taking down sheep like that. He might be in their favorite nesting spot.

thinking about it.you would fire first shot to spook it and hope to connect with one somewhere in the magazine when he on the move in retrievable position..... if its anything like the tahr we have over here...good luck as the speed they can move downhill/bluffs has to be seen to be believed.

I have additional respect for this picture after hunting Barbary sheep in the wilderness mountains of New Mexico this past week. I'll have a full report next week. Trying to catch up after being off the grid for 5 days.
