Just remember the view when you hit them, that's where shotgunning is all about.
And don't let these little birdies aging too many weeks in your cooler or they'll come alive again!

Quail Cacciatore: 2 birds simmered for 25mins. in spaghetti sauce and mild salsa, serve with cheesy/broccoli rice and red peppers. Was it good? Oh my yes it was goooooood.

stovey, is that why you made the picture so big? It's a bit fuzzy too. Camera shots seem to be as difficult for you as the shotgun. But you are right, you brought two home and had a great meal. That's what counts!
