He should go to gaol for 10 years and we deport the scums family to whatever shit hole they climbed out of, sell their assets to pay the victims family.
At the end of 10 years he gets the bums rush out the door.

He has a shoot out in public with the intent to murder someone else, discharges a firearm in a public place, is not in any way following the NSW firearm licensing legislation, the firearm was not secured and he had no intention of going to a shooting range, he murders someone he didnt intend to AND ALL HE GETS IS 5 years!!??
I'd get more than that for not having a firearm secured properly.
If the law is an arse I now know where the hole is.........

I say old justice "an eye for an eye" is not too harsh a punishment for this.

The judge notes this.
Then he's given a 5yr sentence.
Even in the PC UK he would be looking at 12-15 years before he was considered for parole.
Personally I think twice that, then deported back to whatever ****hole he came from would be better.
PS I hope Oz prisons have their version of "Bubba"..........

This scumbag should be locked away for 20 years, then on release deported, along with any and all members of his family who came here as part of his family, and also his extended family, whether born in Australia or not, back to the Middle Eastern sh1thole he came from.
These Lebanese scumbags are turning what used to be a great city, Sydney, into a "little Labanon" with all of its problems.
The Judge who sentenced this scumbag should be removed from the Bench and investigated for possible bribes for the short sentence and if found that he is "dirty", put into the same cell as the Leb!!!!
