2 and a bit more sleeps to go...drove out to island again on Saturday but lake has risen since so will need boat again this year...has been persisting down last few days so birds are scattered far n wide.

didnt take any photos this year,too busy having fun
14 mallards 7 parries and a canada goose to be plucked and processed. my drum fire worked a treat will see if I can post photo of it going.

rotate it 90 degrees clockwise.
12gallon drum.length of chimney pipe split open inside drum triangle cut in side for opening air filter gauze on top of chimney topped off with biscuit/cracker tin.
that was stoked with just some willow driftwood& pine cones
kept the chill off nicely
