Fair call guys.

One thing though...he will always be wondering if his rifle is gonna blow up in his hands, which means his shooting won't be real effect.

Ain't that the truth.

The US SF did that in the last big fracus of the sixties and seventies. Get the cases ammo, pull it apart and fill the cartridge cases with Bullseye or another fast powder, and the return it to where it was found.

Talk about reducing morale. Very Happy
