Gidday Rigo. Mate, I thought I had it bad and bitched when I pay just over $AUD1500 a year land tax (Council Rates). This includes charges for water, rubbish collection and other local government BS.

How much land do you have to have to pay $US9800???

Mine are $1500.00 Canadian and it does not incl anything. Water, garbage collection, sewer charge etc is all extra. Plus almost everything you buy except food you pay(taxes) another 7% GST and 7%PST.

Water and stuff are seperate from the taxes here too. Smile

We however have 8% PST and 7% GST in Ontario Sad
