Bone and cut up brests in bite size pieces, marinade with Italian marinade or Italian salad dressing in ziplock bag, add enough marinade to cover pieces, squeeze out air, and refrigerate for six hours.
Used a barbaque to grill pieces placed on tin foil, over medium heat until done. The bite size pieces cook fast, mine took about 10 min, turned over once.
I thought they were quite tasty, so did four other people in camp. CHEERS! Very Happy
