Yep he won this round but in two weeks when ML season starts things will be freezing up so it will even things up a little.

Finally got out for white tails today. Saw two little does, no shots and had a good time!

Deer hunting was pretty short this year. A half hour and I had my mulie.
Pheasants hunting is just getting better by the day though. The pup and I have been doing really well on the birds. Hope you all are having a good time this season.

I am hunting with both actually. In the region I'm hunting in, Mule Deer bucks are limited entry hunts only and I didn't get a draw for one this year. I did get Mule deer doe draws, but I haven't taken any. With a moose and an Elk in the freezer, I don't really need any more meat. I'm really looking for a big Whitetail, but Murphy's law has me this year, only seeing Mule Deer. I saw a Mule on Sunday that was gigantic, but couldn't get any pics, I also saw a really nice 170 class whitey, but he was faster than me...  |

Absolutely beautiful pics Grant...I hate you.  That is Picture Postcard scenery mate.
Good one DD...nice looking BBQ there mate. Was hoping to get out in a week or so myself...can't now...the missus has too much organised for me to do much in the way of hunting.
