So I had pre-ordered StarCraft II, a new game, which is the 2nd one.
The first one came out before I went to highschool and I have played it since the begining, and played alot of it in high school. Now I got the new one installed and well I guess high school here we come.

The last video game that I even understood was Pong.
Pac Man was almost too much for my black and white mind.
However, Foosball was my passion.

This is a strategy game, although I love shooting games, sometimes strategy is the ticket.
Build defenses, build a army, locate the enemy, attack the enemy. Retreat is not a option. Victory or death. Success or otter failer. Nothing more nothing less.

I'm real lucky, my kids got Xbox 360 and I get to play all the shooters I like, at the moment Gears of War 2 is the bomb, but I always drop back to Medal of honour Modern Combat. Having teens is a great excuse to chill out and pop a few rounds down range - splat aliens and middle eastern bad guys - top that off with a home theatre to die for and it's almost like being there...he he he and when I die, I go upstairs and do something else till next time.

When I posted Friday is when I ended up starting to play (had to reinstall Windows ) anyways, I saved half way through the second last mission.
27 Missions done, 1 and a half to go.
You know Radar, Call of Duty is what I normally play. Ever try it? If so is MoH better?

Yes I can't spell. "Utter failure" is what I was looking for.

Geez, Dimitri, utter failure is easy enough to come by without looking for it
Guess that's what you call setting easily accomplished goals.
(Yes, I know what you really meant)

Not easily accomplished goals, just realistic goals.

I defeated the Zerg. And am done the game, decided to finish single player before I go back to school tomorrow.
Anyways it was neat, can't wait to play online now that I am done single player.
You know it had alot of references, music, visual aspects and story lines similar to a TV show I like as well. It's kinda neat how much a TV show that only ran for 11 episodes and filmed 14 of them managed to spawn into a movie, and now is accepted enough into Sci-Fi culture that Blizzard decided to incorporate it into the game.
