yawn......yeah back to normal.....scratch...scratch... jeans itch... got a hole in my socks, running after Chambered......buncha runners actually.....Yo! Vince good to see ya! Gotta put my hat on....I always pull it down near my eyes then poke it up with my index finger (sort of an Indian/ John Wayne thing) is that how you spell John's last name? looks funny....ok ready for the night. Have to pay my respects to Chambered....he's a darned good runner. Bushmaster climbs a ladder to escape the increasing, foul, dung and is accused of being the target of a bite-happy, (but actually quite pleasant and very attractive) raging, Tohono O'odham (People of the desert)and (very attractive) female. He's bailed out by his learned brothers (who can actually read) who think with their heart and is saved of all punishment. But ole Chambered hangs around and gets his due, despite his good intentions. My hat's off to Chambered. Strong and defiant. Smelly....(but strong-smelly) or shall I say fragrant....no...smelly...anyway thanks for the chase, have to mend a sock now....

Oh, I woz up at 5:30am Cary...went and lay down again. Came home from Sydney yesterday with a head cold...felt like death warmed up...felt sorta like I was recoverin' from an autopsy. Sad

What I really need is some over proof dark Rum...kill or cure. Very Happy

I have been enjoying my 9+ week so far vacation with another 11 days to go. Very Happy

I have been doing the whole fasting thing for the Assumption of Mary on the 15th, however I will do the communion tomorrow instead for family reasons, which will mean its the longest time I ever went without eating meats, dairy products, fish and cause of the communion tomorrow today I cut the oils, olives, and alcohol as required. over all it will be 110 hours, I am just about to finish the 86th hour now. Very Happy

Oddly enough its also the first time in 6 years I'll be taking communion. Confused

Still I guess I am in the same boat as Vince now, just as he wears a kilt, now I got my own traditional Greek outfit finished tailored to order. This area of Greece (well more specifically this town) uses a black outfit verses the white ones your used to seeing. Smile

A man, or woman, should be proud of their heritage. Although many of us often reside in "new" countries, and we adopt the customs of the "new" country, it behooves us to never forget our roots. It's what makes us who we are.
