That sounds good to me, 111.

Cold beer and meatloaf sammiches with ketchup, grilled onions on rye.

Hang on a minute; isn't it the middle of Winter in Oz? wtf

If so, then why is it six degrees warmer than here, where it's the middle of Summer.
It's 17° C, raining & humidity is around 90%.
Roll on October in NM, where it'll be just as warm & without the rain.

23* C = 73.4* F

Now, beer temperature...anywhere between 2* C and 4* C...basically cold and wet. Very Happy Laughing

Mike....you guys having a cool Summer in Blighty? Must admit though...I love this time of year in Brisbane...the days are balmy and the nights are nice and cool...sometimes getting down to single figures Celcius.

Cheers, Vince

It seems like every where I turn tonight leads me to beer, I guess I'll give in and have another now that I know what the temp is.

One large cooler, a case or two of beer, four 2 liter bottles of water frozen, one extra large bag of ice.
Place beer and 2 liter bottles in cooler
Scatter bag of ice over beer
Let sit till next day, (if ya can) Beer should be floating and 2 liter ice bottles keeping everything nice and cold.

Don’t know the temp but it’s juusssst riiiiiiggght !!! Very Happy

You have won me Chambered....you sweet talkin' devil you.

Only thing I would consider would be to throw a little salt into the ice water...now that will chill the beer nicely.

Cheers, Vince

I think I have to cut my son out of the will, he drank my last good expensive beer. The worst part is he did it in front of me.
