OK, things have really bogged down for me on this site, both at home and at work. Both using Internet Explorer. At home I have Roadrunner Turbo but not sure what they have at work.

Seems that every page here that I try to look at takes quite a while to load. I even opened a second window and tried other sites while waiting for HuntingNut (I know that can slow them down even more) and the other sites pop right up.

Here I sit thousands of miles away on t' other side o' the Pond & pages load in a fraction of a second.

Found the problem!!!

It is the cookie that the advertising company gave out to change the ads every time you visit.
The more cookie in your system, the slower you get.

Clear the cookie cache and the site became FAST!!

I clear all my internet info (cookies included) after every internet session !!!
I also do bi-weekly virus scans that clear out tracking cookies !!!

Can’t say that has helped for me.

I have noticed that in the last few weeks the problem has not been as bad.

I use Firefox and have for couple of years, because it is faster than IE. I am new on this site, but have not seen the problem here yet, but have on other sites. Use Road Runner.
