The Below link is the "in-car video" from one of the officers involved in
the chase which ended in a shoot out and Game Warden Justin Hurst being
killed. The Jury found the defendant guilty of Capital Murder last week
and gave him Death as punishment. The video goes out when a round from
the AK-47 hits the camera. This all started from a stop where the
defendant was going to receive a citation for shooting from the roadway.

James Freeman - the murderer - was sentenced to death about a month ago. Bad deal for Hurst family...especially the wife and little kids.

That’s a moving film. My sympathy goes out to his wife and kids. Watching that gave me one of my rare Vietnam flashbacks.

Its people like this that give hunters a bad name. This person is not a hunter, he's a murderer.

The way I look at it:

He made a decision to shoot, we as jurist, just make sure the law is followed. He knows the punishment for killing is death, he chose that when he decided to shoot. End of story.

Yeah it is too bad this guy didn't get to go behind the barn for an attitude adjustment. I suspect that he would have gone behind the barn many times.

It is a great loss not being able to educate people behind the barn anymore, so many killers, rapists, child molesters, and many other just plain dangerous folks could have been educated, (or they may have just left the area no one would know where they went they just were no longer a problem for the community).

My heart and prayers go out to the officers family, friends, and co-workers.

But, the best thing the cops could start doing is to park their cars so there is not so much video to review and just take care of these misfits. The message would get out, and it would save the taxpayers billions of dollars, not to mention the concern we all have when one of these misfits is pardoned. What did they learn in prison, one thing, how to be a better felon.

Jesus says I should love my enemy and I do, if one should slap me on the cheek I will turn the other towards him, so that he may slap that cheek also. Then, my pistol will explain the error of their way

This just proves how much I love them in Jesus' name, I love them so much I want them to get to see Jesus before me, and as soon as possible.
