Think about it.

A tactful response if there ever was one.

Gidday twofifty, how are ya mate. Hells Bells is a classic song by AC/DC... it isn't a disrespectful response to Bushy's post. My favourite tracks by AC/DC are Long Way to the Top and Hells Bells. I love the way they incorporated the bell chimes into the start of the sond...simply awesome.

Anyway...this is WAY off topic...sorry Chris.

Are we any closer to finding out why the cases got stuck in the die?

Cheers, Vince

Very Happy I have been using One Shot lube since it came on the market.

I have never had a problem with a case sticking in the die.

I do however own a stuck case remover--just in case.

Brass that is broperly cleaned and lubed should not present a problem for you.

I have loaded 300WSM and down to a 17-222 and have yet to have a problem. Very Happy Very Happy Very Happy

And then, Wildhorse, there's me...Never had a stuck case until I tried One shot. Had four in 30 cases get stuck in my .30-06 resizer/decapper die. Went back to my old way and no more stuck cases.

I use the one shot to lube my wife's rocking chair when it starts to squeek and creak...Works good there.

Oh...I use the RCBS lube pad and lube and have for the last 20 years...

I did the same thing Bushmaster... tried to update and went back to a pad and home made lube. I rarely full length resize any more but I do make cases for my 358 from 308 cases. What works Works!

I use a lot of RCBS products. Dies, powder measure and press. Never had to take advantage of their guarantee. I did break a decapping pin on an old Lee Load-All. I replaced it with a high speed steel pin and it still would work today, If I got it out of the storage box it is in. (if I could find the box)

Been reloading over 45 years, stuck one 223 case, (son distracted me) I did what I tell everyone not to do, don't let anything or anyone distract you when reloading. Live and learn.

Like some, I never had a stuck case till I used One Shot, and then, not many problems. (But, one is quite sufficient, thank you very much.)

Thought it may have been my RCBS dies, and I switched to Redding. Nary a problem since.

I like the spray solutions' convenience, so now, I am considering either the Dillon or RCBS spray-on stuff.

When I started reloading a couple of lifetimes ago, there was this little plastic botle of weird-smelling stuff called Eagle Blood that the salesman recommended. It was cheap, and red, and you applied it with your fingers. It worked fantastic! Mine lasted for years.

Hmmmm....Maybe I will give the pad lube method a try, or the universal lube dies that big Green sells.

i tried using the one shot on the bigger cases IE 8 mm and 7mm,and it seems to be a crap shoot.I put the cases in the loading block, and spray in the opening, and on the cases as i turn the block,so i know the case is covered,But I still have to stand on my loading arm to get the case sized,But If i use the rcbs case lube on a pan, they size nice and easy,no problems,I also remove any lube on the neck, and shoulders, seems to work better for me,
I use the one shot on my 221,and 223's works well on them,
I did have a 7mm stuck, last month using the one shot,I got lucky,I backed the sizing ball out as far as i could.and sprayed the sizer with a lite oil.and let it sit, then used a small rubber hammer, and taped the case out, using the sizing capper as a rod,,i dnt mess anything up.
