well if i am saying hello it must mean i am new to this site!!. i have been looking for a GOOD gun forum and this on looks to be the best. i am a Sgt in the Marine Corps and i love to hunt and shoot. (ok this is sounding like a personal ad but oh well). so far in my armada, as i call it, i have a mini 14, marlin 17hmr, springfield 1911, 2 old .410's, a 22 (best shooting gun i own), and a couple that are beyond repair or so rusty i couldnt bring them back from the dead. i am waiting on my rem 700 sps varmint (.308)to come in to me.

Welcome. You found a really great place to hang out. After a while you'll find that you have a new family.

I'll be the first to recommend the traditional grabbing of the stump. Go ahead pull it up...grab a beer and consider yourself welcomed. How do you like that 17hmr. I just got one and love it. It's a savage 93 model. Welcome again.

Welcome Sarge.
You should like it around here.
A bunch of good guys and some Aussies hang around here, with one Finlander to keep us laughing.

Krink,
Welcome to Hunting Nut! The beer is cold, the BS can be deep and the people are good. What more could you ask for?
