MMMMMMM.....Tiger Beer. Had quite a few Tigers in Raffles Hotel in Singapore. At least they served the beer cold there. In Malaysia we could only get Anchor beer, and it was bloody terrible. It was almost a case of brew it in the morning and drink it in the afternoon. They would bring a large bottle to your table with 2 glasses, one full of ice and the other for your beer. They would pour the beer and put a handful of ice in it to chill it...YUCK!!

Cheers, Vince

Oh god lord I was raised on drinking the head off of the Bud at the shop. Anything else tastes funny to me. We have a Bud brewery about 50 miles from where I live. Never been there for the tour though. Nothing lite don't see the point. Did start drinking flavord Soju when I was Korea but that was mainly because it was to see if I could drink more than the boss.

Oh and the girlie side of me I use beer to condition my hair with. Strips everything and makes it soft.

Also beer battered deep fried anything is one of the best things ever.

I do not know much about the job market where you are, but in this area, good hardworking folks are hard to find and many employers are at 60-70% staffing levels. We have a shortage of teachers and tec folks. If you can not find what you wat where you are, you might look at the SE, fast growing and a lot of jobs.

I've looked at the South in the past. THe only thing is I have 2 years of BTSA (its a stupid training thing like student teaching again) before I get a cleared CA creditional then I can look else where. It's just trying to find a job fresh out of the gate in Social Science is a little hard. I'll find something. And thanks for the hint of the SE.

For now I'm going to look at getting my Apprentiship done here, after that I may or maynot look for a job farther away as after that I'd like to get a good paying job (Assuming where I dont work during my apprentiship they dont pay me good after its over) to save money and start my own machine shop. Smile

Miller Genuine Draft in the 16oz plastic bottles. I can only find them on post were I'm stationed. Great smooth full flavor.

Hey, well done big guy. Its no mean feat to take out that type of comp these days. So many geeks and brainiacs are trying for it.

Hey everyone, should we shout "Meatree a beer and get him maggotted for his efforts, or should he shout us???? Whichever way, he deserves a beer or three.

Gidday 84jeepj10. I have tried Miller here in Australia and it isn't a bad drop. Much prefer it to Bud. Not sure if the US beers that we get here in aussie are the same as those you get over there though.

Our beer averages 4.6% alcohol, whereas I think yours is a bit lower than that. Ask any of your mates who have done an exchange over here (if you haven't yourself) about our beers. They are pretty good. We have a boutique brewery here that produces a beer with 17% alcohol..WOO HOO.

Cheers, Vince
