Dimitri, it's a CZ Scorpion EVO 3 S1 Carbine. 16" barrel. Since that photo I've replaced the grip to one that is more vertical, and the red-dot with a prism sight.

Ah! That's a shoulder bag from Midway. It holds six CZ mags plus whatever other stuff you want to throw in there. You might also want to check out the US Peacekeeper Rapid Deployment Pack. I have both. I think I prefer the Rapid Deployment Pack as it is more compact. It holds 4 rifle mags, 2 pistol mags, etc.
