Hi guys, this is my first post and hopefully it will not be my last. Just wanted to say 'Hi'. I live in South Africa, love hunting and am a professional hunter down here.
I also want to add that the PointBlank download is great. Thanks.

Welcome Winzo! Your background can be helpful especially to those of us that yearn to visit and hunt Africa.
When clients ask what rifle and chambering to bring on hunts for plains game, what are some of your recommendations? What common misconceptions to you encounter about hunting in Africa?

Welcome, welcome Handloader raised aquestion I had also, I hope you'll respond. As you may have noticed, we have a number of interesting folks in this forum. Collectively, they provide a wealth of information on every subject you can think of
What I've read about hunting in Africa, usually makes me believe we need 3 rifles to cover the spectrum, the 30-06 appears to be most popular for plains game...is that still true? And What about revolvers, what calibers are recommended and are they used much?
Keep it coming...
