Took the kids turkey hunting the last couple of days. As you can imagine with young kids not a turkey was to be seen. Very Happy

Nonetheless kids played with the turkey calls, started their first fires, and shot a BB gun for the first time. They had a blast all without a TV or other electronic in sight.

No critters…always the way mate…but that’s the luck of the draw. This gave you an opportunity of teaching the second law of hunting, no game around to hunt. The first rule is of course, SAFETY, not just with firearms, but overall.

It great to see your young fella embracing one of the more important skills, that if fire lighting. I assume he succeeded in the end.
