Over here you have implied consent for cpr if the patient isnt conscious.
They have zero hope of sueing you in court if they live and want to complain.
At best they have less than a 5% chance to live via manual cpr so if they make it the court sort of gives them an arched eyebrow and tells them to stop being stupid.
If its an SJW it wont be an issue because you wouldnt start in the first place......

Funny you should say that mate…we have some great “battles” from room to room in our house with nerf guns. The grand daughters have the “repeating” nerf guns and I have the single shot ones. Our four year old grand daughter is a deadly shot with an 8 shot revolving gun, and she can re-cock it fast enough to almost get off a double tap.

On a serious note…I am totally sick to death of the Karen’s and the ANTIs out here attacking anything that is even remotely firearm related. There was even a push in schools to suspend young kids who used their hand and fingers shaped like a gun in play games. They might change their minds though when the Chinese start anything. There have been calls in the CCP to “drop bombs” on Australia because of our stand for an international inquiry into the COVID problem.

My son around age 5 or so, took great joy hiding in the house and shooting me when I came home in the evenings with his single shot nerf gun.

One day, I stopped at a toy store and bought a battery operated, fully automatic 48 shot nerf machine gun. I stepped i the door and WHAP, got hit squarely in the chest from a nerf dart. I pulled the automatic one out and let'er rip. His face was pure shock and dismay as he realized just what was going on.

He went tripping over chairs and boxes squealing trying to get away as I chased him down the hall. Freaking hilarious and well worth the small amout of $$$ the gun cost.

When I worked at the Petawawa Army Base, we were in contact with an Inuit amn, and he told us that he was offended by that term and that he was an Eskimo. That raised more than a few eyebrows.

If someone else had heard me called him an Eskimo, I could have faced disciplinary actions.

I found the belt fed, battery powered 200rd m60 nerf very effective against 6 and 10 year olds.
A bugger to clean up and restock the belt, but fun us never totally free.
