I feel it needs to be pointed out that "showing the middle finger" is most assuredly not a common thing to do in England, especially amongst the wealthy.
However, the "two finger salute", as used by English archers at Agincourt is most acceptable these days.
(It's the reverse of the sign used by Winston Churchill).
She was a tart anyway....
