its getting beyond a joke really...went into little country store today and they had huge stack of it in middle of floor......sticking thier tongues out at big city stores.

I don't understand the logic of toilet paper hording.
When you are sick you don't eat. When you don't eat you don't use toilet paper.
The isolation period is between one and two months. You are unlikely to need more than a few rolls of TP for that time. I have enough on hand at all times for a few months because I dislike going to the store. I never buy more than one package of rolls but then I don't wait until I am out before restocking. I always seem to have a little more with each trip so it builds up over time. I figure it will be real available and cheap this time next year.

Asses in stores fighting over ass wipe. Gets me to giggling.

Maybe, just maybe, it might help if they actually understood the the virus makes it hard to breathe, makes you lose your appetite and dehydrates you. The last thing a sick person needs is toilet tissue.

I'm really kind of amazed at this TP thing. Last Thursday the local grocery store was completely out of it. At the time there had been TWO cases of COVID-19 in NC (10.5 million people in NC), both about 100 miles from here. One of the guys at the store said it had been pretty interesting watching it evolve. First disinfectant sprays went, then hand sanitizer, then TP. They were starting to hit canned foods next. Who in the hell thinks they need TP more than food??

The only people in the Seattle area that need my address already have it.
I left 8 years ago and I only went back once to my mother's funeral.
I have tried to talk my family into moving out of the way of the Cascadia Subduction Zone but to no avail. They pay $0.50 surcharge per soft drink, have to go out of town to get guns or ammo, and property taxes are getting as high as in California. There are druggies sleeping and defecating on the sidewalks and in the parks. The police can't get the prosecutor to bring charges unless a gun is involved or more than $1000 is taken. Home and store thefts are way up and so are assaults.

Thanks for letting me vent... I used to like Seattle but since the democrats have taken over it is no place for decent people to live.

Yup...Lived there for 16 years in the '70s and '80s. At that time it was one of the mos beautiful cities on the west coast. But now...Well.
