Hey folks I am currently attempting to find some once fired brass for my 7mm STW or 8mm Mag brass to resize to 7 STW. Thanks if anyone can help.

Maybe Gil can find some up at his range in PA. I have not seen that caliber at our range.

I'm a brass scrounger from way back.
I have several cartridges that I make cases for from other cartridges.
I have found it easier to "neck up" a case than it is to size down a case.
For example I easily expand the necks of 7mm and 300 RUM cases to .375 RUM in one smooth operation with a long taper expanding plug that I made.
I also size up 7 STW cases to .300 Weatherby (sorry about that) with a 30 caliber long taper expanding plug that I also made.
If I size down case necks I get folds in the shoulders. Like sizing down .375 H&H to .300 Weatherby.
I think you would get folds in the shoulders if you sized down 8mm Rem cases to 7 STW.

You can easily make 7mm STW brass from the 8mm Rem. Mag., if you can find that brass.
Worse come to worse, you can form 300 H&H brass to the 7mm STW, but you want to hydraulicly form it in an STW die first, to the brass won't split when it is fire-formed.
