How often?

I'm wondering how often you read product reviews or services before you buy it? I was offered to write reviews of translation services. And I think it's worth it? Will this be useful for someone?

I try to read them before I buy anything now. Sometimes you can see a pattern of a problem that may be an idea to avoid.

(that is a LOONG name!) When I am planning to make a purchase I generally go through reviews when I am unfamiliar with a product. That goes for lawn mowers and any equipment not just firearms related stuff. If I know a product and the manufacturer well, I just buy it.
