They show the clip twice, I had to watch again. Even though it's an SBR and full auto (highly regulated and very expensive to own if you have a federal license) he's apparently trying to scare the citizens into thinking it's a commonly owned street weapon that we need to regulate. He slowly and deliberately (what's a good word for it?) screwed up, every part of the little speech with Justin Bieber accuracy and the cop behind him didn't even crack a smile. It would have been great if that cop shook his head and grinned, I was waitin for it, but it didn't happen....I bet Cali. gun owners are seething, I feel sorry for them having to listen to this animal dropping.

The idiot from Cali has introduced SB808 to deal with 80% lowers and 3D printers.
They want us to believe that criminals are buying and building these by watching youtube videos, thus have a gun that can't be tracked.

Idiot is about as bright as the State's Prosecutor out east that tried to convince a jury that the homeowner used "malicious intent" when firing 4 rounds that hit the intruder while defending his house from an armed robber because a 1911 auto "has to be hand cycled for each shot, so obviously it was a case of excessive force."
