For those who haven't heard, Washington State just passed both laws - gay marriage and legalized marijuana.

The fact that gay marriage and marijuana were legalized on the same day makes perfect biblical sense because Leviticus 20:13 says, "If a man lies with another man they should be stoned."

We just hadn't interpreted it correctly before!

The actual quote, however, is "If a man lies with a another man as he lies with a woman..." meaning that if he shares his bed with another man while (as) his wife is there then they "...create an abomination..." which refers to a child with an unknown father - a child that may be Jewish but not have a "House" and so no way to be a Jew.

It is one of the most often misinterpreted passages in the Bible.

I don't know about that, the Jews translate that to ...

Soooo...you have to be gay to be stoned, or is that stoned to be gay, or stone to be gayed, or goned to be staye?

Whatever...neither is acceptable to me and they should be rocked....but hang on, that means they are in a cradle or crib...maybe then we can swing them....yeah...that's better...swing them from a high branch in a tree, but not like that little rock-a-bye-baby kid...his bough broke and he fell down, and we don't want the one's we swing ta fall. Maybe he, the rock-a-bye-baby kid, was stoned 'cause there was no mention of him wailin' when he falled down...sooooo maybe we could just wail on the gay stoned ones wif the broken bough. I don't mind homosexuals. It's their life to do with as they please.

However, I say this about both Homosexuals, Hetrosexuals, and even Bisexuals ...

KEEP IT IN THE DAMN BEDROOM NOT IN PUBLIC, no one cares if you are in love and want to grope and shove your tongue down your partners throat.

A little decency isn't too much to ask for is it? wtf

FFS just let them marry so they can have the same fun in the divorce courts the rest of us get.

I can see the next big issue on this front... who will be taking the churches to court???
sure "gay marrage" may be made legal but doesnt the church have a right of admission to the building the same as everywhere else???
a marrage is a church/god thing so who says a priest/preacher man/woman has to say the words for the ceremoney???? I can see churches just adopting the "say no" policy....
the civil union is the same as a regestry office wedding really. legal not religious is it not???

I agree 'Mitri. If two "funny men" or two "funny wo-men" want to co-habitate and live as a couple, then that is their business and I for one don't want it flaunted in my face. As 'Mitri says...KEEP IT IN THE DAMN BEDROOM NOT IN PUBLIC. If two people wish to dabble or partake of weird activities involving the same gender, I really don't care or wish to know...but they should STFU about marriage...like Pete, I am well and truly over it!

To me marriage is a sacred union between a man and a woman...not two "partial" men or two "partial" women. End of story! When a man can create progeny, via the natural nature intended means, with another man...or a woman can impregnate another woman, again in the natural nature intended manner,...then I might reconsider my stance, but not before.
