BigBlue, the image is missing. Is this the picture showing the Obama's holding the South African Flag I heard about? Do you think "Big Brother" removed the image?

Yup your right Suz, it shows the picture OK with google chrome, but when I use FF it displays the error you gave. Interesting though when copying the link from the little box that shows in BigbBue's post and pasting it in FF, the result is what Bushy describes.

Snopes says that the photo was taken when the Obamas visited South Africa last year. It was chilly when they landed so someone gave the girls the blankets.

Somehow I can't picture them doing the same in a chilly Israel, neither can I picture our past Presidents allowing their families to be wrapped in the flag of another nation. This photo had been posted as having been taken at the 2012 Olympics, I believe Snopes when they say that isn't true. However in my view it is shameful non the less. Too many good Americans have laid down their lives for great causes that are symbolized by our own flag and to wrap yourself in the flag of another is disrespectful. If anyone should know better it is the first family. After all they are acting in the capacity of Ambassadors representing America on trips such as this.
