honestly I think they were carbine , perhaps I can exchange them , but is there a safe way to remove the bullets?

I bought some Sierra Pro Hunter bullets , 110gr today , and the information that came with my dyes seems unsafe

The overall length after seating is my concern , with the length they suggested seeme ...
