Just wondering if anybody out there has ever had or used a Ram-Line 30 rd mag for a ruger 10-22... I just bought one last week from cabelas, and tried it out the other day... Gotta say Ive never seen such a pice of crap in my life..... I know that the longer magizines can be kind of tricky in a 10-22, had a 25 rd bannana clip that was older than me, but it still worked, but this thing.... After the first 30 rounds the plastic peice that the rounds rest on (on top of the spring) was starting to fall apart. there were several cracks in the plastic, and a couple of chips out of it.... Also, as stiff as that spring is, it couldnt even keep the rounds from haning up several inches below the top of the magizine.... Only time it has ever taken me longer to shoot a mag like this than it did to load it......

yeah i used one in a intratec, the tec-22 scorpion, it lasted maybe 3 or 4 reloadings then not only did the follower fall apart but the whole side split and it started causing misfires, and jams and all kinds of headaches!!

Take it back Metz and get your hard earned bucks back...then visit your local Gun Shop and get something made of metal that is good quality.

Cheers, Vince

Planned on it, just wanted to know if anyone else has had similar problems, or if I just got a lemon... My gut told me it would probably be a case of the former rather than latter...

Similar experience with a RamLine 40 S&W extra capacity magazine. Springs are crap and it would only feed the first four rounds then no feed at all. Ramline is pure crap.
