|
So when on the TTC (Toronto Transit) I have seen recently new ads, ones that try go guilt people into not eating meats. I decided to look them up online.
www.chooseveg.ca/Pig_P...ROPPED.pdf
www.chooseveg.ca/Chick...ROPPED.pdf
www.chooseveg.ca/Cow_P...ROPPED.pdf
So the first time I saw them, it got me thinking, these ads made me remember how tasty the foods prepared by these animals are. And then I got hungry, just to go buy a hot sausage from a street vendor, add some hot peppers, onions, hot sauce, hot mustard and a can of Coke made my stomach feel a lot better.

I grew up seeing these things in the town I lived in. I became vocal about them to classmates about how things like that don't happen that offten any more, those are really old images. (Best was being asked if I knew how animals were slaughtered and I'd answer yes I do have you been to a slaughter house. They kindof stop dead in their tracks.) I did the same thing with the logging industry.
I would place a complante somewhere or maybe send letters in to the papers.

In Toronto? As a whole the people in Toronto are so far left wing animal loving, tofu eating, hippies that complaining about them will more then likely paint you as a monster.
Its sad but true.

Chickens are more intelligent that dogs?!?! Cows mourn their lost ones? Somebody has had one hell of an overdose of Disney!!! Attack the ads on the basis that they simply aren't true!

Oh man.... hahahahahaha! I'd last two seconds in that country.
Them bill-boards made me hungry.... I'd love to have one of my own with a pic of me eating one of those ad's.
I've met a couple of Vegan's out here in LaLa Land ( )... no offence to anyone 'normal' that prefers to eat right along those lines and keep it their business but some people try to make it a lifestyle and force their issues down your throat. And for that they get the finger as I blow the waft off my chili-fries in their direction.
