no good here in NZ you can be fired in first three months of employment with no reason need and no comeback. plurry polititions.

Yeah, that's called the probationary period and during that time you are generally not paying union dues.

Elvis is right, it doesn't matter what your job, you can be terminated without any comeback in 90 days. I know of some young uns who are worked like dogs for 90 days then given the heave hoe.....not very fair at all.
