Happy flag day to us in the USA, did you know that there's at least 3 versions I am aware of. Bellamy's original 1892
I pledge allegiance to my Flag and the Republic for which it stands, one nation indivisible, with liberty and justice for all.

I pledge allegiance to the flag of the United States of America, and to the republic for which it stands, one nation indivisible, with liberty and justice for all.

Which underwent changes from 1923 to 1924 and was officially recognized as the Pledge in 1942 by congress.

And one that was again changed in the 1950s to include under God
I pledge allegiance to the flag of the United States of America, and to the republic for which it stands, one nation under God, indivisible, with liberty and justice for all.

I'm surprised the current administration hasn't requested that last change be rescinded.

The last one is the one I STILL remember from my time at school in Ohio in 69-71.
I wish we in Australia had something similar here, it might build a bit of national pride.
We could probably use a water tight constitution first though.
